Alongside founding Strawhorn Surveyors, I currently work as a Senior Valuation Consultant for a local authority, delivering Red Book-compliant asset valuations for financial reporting and estate management. This ongoing public sector role ensures I remain actively engaged with valuation standards, audit requirements and the evolving needs of local government and education sector valuations.
